How long are the appointments?

Appointment times vary depending on individual patient needs and booking type. On average, the appointments range from 30-90 minutes.

How do I cancel/reschedule my appointment?

Individual appointment cancelations will be refunded 100% up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancelation less then 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a $20 cancelation fee. Rescheduling your appointment is free, but we request at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduled appointment is subject to availability.

How many people can join my appointment session?

We encourage participation by anyone on your care team. Standard sessions can accommodate 4 people plus the ostomate. Please notify us if you wish to have more then 4 people join the ostomy appointment.

Do you take insurance?

At this time we are unable to accept any insurance, FSA, or HSA payments.

Where can you see patients?

We currently offer in-home visits with patients located in the Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland suburbs. Virtual appointments are available for patients located in states covered by the Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC) and Washington, DC.
