OstoMyCare LLC is a nurse-led, mobile ostomy education service serving the Washington, D.C. metro area—including Northern Virginia and suburban Maryland. Designed for patients planning on having ostomy surgery or transitioning from hospital to home with a new stoma, the service delivers personalized in-home support that bridges critical gaps in pre and post-acute care. The OstoMyCare team also offers in-home and online consultation services for established ostomates and their loved ones. In addition to direct patient services, OstoMyCare provides specialized education and competency-based training in the community health setting and acts as an ostomy awareness advocate through social media engagement. Our goal is to improve patient outcomes, reduce ostomy related complications, and empower ostomates, caregivers, and providers along their health journey.
